- We Ship all orders Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday on every week.
- When you order placed for Mangoes depending on its availability, we ship your order 5-7 working days on every week.
- Pre-orders would be ship in that specific period depending on availability.
- Product will be delivered at customer shipping address which is provided at the time of placing order.
- Weekly Pre-orders customers can change their address by confirming email with orders details.
- Customers can track order by using courier tracking id on our logistic partner website.
- If you got any mangoes in damage condition due to courier company handling, just take a picture of that mangoes and email us with fully details like order no. parcel received date etc within 2 days after delivery. We take a decision and refund or replace after review from us.
- If you got your parcel delay or after 10 days from the dispatched date mention on courier receipt, and mangoes are in bad condition just take a picture and email us with further details. We arrange replacement for that order as per product availability.
